At the head of the class in the Bravo XL's price range (and beyond), the unit's 5 Quartz Heating Elements ensure uniform heat distribution throughout each item of food. This eliminates the commonly experienced "hot spots" and "cold spots" produced by most microwaves and many of the countertop convection ovens on the market today.
Finally, NuWave's engineers designed the revolutionary Integrated Digital Probe, which precisely measures your food's internal temperature in 1-degree increments while cooking and turns off the unit when your set temperature is reached.
